Here’s a few key questions to ask yourself when diagnosing the health of your course business:

Are you clear on whether you want a cashflow or an exit business, and EXACTLY what success looks like re: the path you’ve selected?
💸 Profit
Are you clear on the net profit margin you need in your business to provide you with a CEO salary that exceeds your living, investing and “safety net” needs?
⏱ Time
Do you spend 80% or more of your time in your “genius zone” (your most impactful, joyful and useful work that only you can do?)

Do you spend five hours a week or less on “front-facing” activities (e.g. calls) to deliver your offer/s?

Do you have a consistent marketing presence that requires five hours or less of your time per week?

Do you have a system set up for tracking your sales revenue, cash collected and “revenue as MRR” each month?
